Christmas Day Dinner
Because of the difficult financial times, we are anticipating an even greater response to our free, annual Christmas Day Diner and an increased need for non-perishable food items. This early note is to ask you for your help by purchasing an extra item or two each week as you shop for groceries. These non-perishable items (no glass) will be offered to all who come to the dinner.
As you know, many who come are in significant need, and in 2008, perhaps as never before items such as canned meats, tuna, pasta, peanut butter, canned vegetables, soups, cereals, ect. are especially helpful.
Won’t you help? Please label all bags “Christmas Day Dinner”, and place on the stage in Fellowship Hall any time right up to Christmas.
Thank you, and may God Bless
