“Christians have been persecuted ever since Jesus walked the earth to die for our sins.  Persecution continues in the Church over 2000 years later and has become common in every country world-wide.  Despite that persecution, Jesus commands all Christians to “...go, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.” Matt. 28:19-20.

During the Sunday School hour (9:15 a.m.) on September 28, 2008, the FBC Missions Team invites you to see and hear what promises to be a moving presentation about Christian persecution.  Join us in welcoming David Brackenmyer, Director of Voice of the Martyrs, and Amir Adib-Yazdi of Iranian Christians Central US as they discuss Christian persecution and present faith in Jesus in a light never seen!”
