The term koinonia conveys a deep friendship through Jesus Christ, communion, sharing and participation, all of which we highly value in our kids programs. At First Baptist we treasure our children and believe they are a gift from God. During your child's first visit they will experience the love of Jesus Christ by being welcomed into our safe and secure child friendly environment. More than anything, we want them to know that we're glad they are worshiping and learning about our Lord.

Instill God's truth through biblical teaching and verse memorization.
Encourage kids to follow Jesus by being His imitator, a disciple of Christ.

God's Word is at the heart of our ministry. The lessons are biblically based and God-honoring. As children play and create they will discuss Bible stories and be encouraged in the Word while having a lot of fun! The Koinonia Kids program is divided into three age groups; Nursery & Toddlers, Preschoolers and Elementary.
