Our FBC Retreat is for members and friends of all ages. It is usually held in the Spring of each year at either Keswick or Harvey Cedars (Long Beach Island). We leave the Red Bank area on Friday evening and return on Red Bank after Sunday dinner.
The Weekend Program often follows this schedule:
Friday night – An address by a special speaker, social time and refreshments
Saturday morning – Two addresses by our speaker (with ample intermission)
Saturday afternoon – There is swimming, games, hiking, and free time
Saturday night – Reserved for Talent Night which features children, youth, and adults
Sunday morning – We enjoy a leisurely Sunday schedule as a church family. A regular family worship service is provided
Our FBC Retreat is a special “get away” time where we bond both as family members and as members of our church family. Personal conversations in the Dining Hall – and during the “breaks” between programs – are invaluable. The FBC Retreat experience is a big plus because it is well planned, God-honoring, a time of learning and also a lot of fun!
